The hotel was only opened in mid 2021. Rooms are very comfy with plenty of elbow room, a twin bedded room each being wide singles with fresh smelling bed lining. Excellent bathroom, fitted dispenser for shower gel, hair shampoo and body conditioner, towels were soft with one large bath and separate hand towel. The room was fitted with a useful digital heating/air conditioning control. A large wall mounted TV screen was centrally located for easy viewing. A desk mounted safe is freely located in each room. The self service breakfast was plentiful catering for both light or fully service selections. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything was amazing but the customer service at the reception is the best ever – it is first class, especially Steve & Kate from the reception team. They could not do more to help us enjoy our stay and make it unforgettable. It is an extremely clean, beautiful, comfortable and luxurious hotel, we had such a great time, can't wait to visit again soon! The location is very convenient and the reception staff book a restaurant of your choice for you to make it a 5 star experience. They provide good recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing. A perfect and relaxing place to have a holiday! Truly recommended!

the hotel is in a great location being a two minute walk to shambles market,pubs and shops. the hotel is a stand alone building as was only built a couple of years ago,inside the hotel is a modern outlook,we had booked a king room on the fourth floor with a super large bed,smeg fridge and 55"tv,also this is the quietest hotel room ive ever been in, the soundproofing is amazing even the room door is a solid 4" thick, the staff were all super freindly with a special thank to stevan on the reception desk. the free breakfast was great and well attended by other guests.
